Our goal at Team Orthodontics is to make orthodontic treatment affordable for everyone, so we offer a variety of payment options to meet patient needs, including:

  • No-interest financing with a low down payment and low monthly payments
  • Multi-family member discount
    As a matter of convenience to patients, we can set up automatic drafts from checking accounts or we accept most major credit cards.

Your treatment fee includes:

  • Records and X-rays
  • All appliances
  • All orthodontic visits including emergencies
  • One set of retainers

We will review all the fees associated with treatment and the financial options available to you during your initial consultation. It is our goal to provide the highest quality of orthodontic treatment that is affordable to you and your family!

School Shuttle Service

Our convenient, complimentary school shuttle is one of the ways Team Orthodontics strives to help make parents and our young patients’ lives easier. You can rest easy knowing you never have to miss work to take your child to their appointment with us. Our safe, complimentary shuttle will pick them up at school and drop them back off after their appointment. After these appointments, you will be mailed or emailed a summary outlining the treatment process, oral hygiene status, what was accomplished during the orthodontic appointment, and the details of the next planned appointment.

  • Our Phoenix, AZ (Ahwatukee) shuttle services all public, private, and charter schools in the Kyrene School District and Tempe Unified School District.
  • Our Gilbert school shuttle services all public, private, and charter schools in the Gilbert Unified School District, Chandler District, San Tan Valley School District, Queen Creek School District, and Higley School District.
