Amazing customer service! The orthodontist called the day prior to talk to you. He explained things in a very easy way to understand. The operations at the practice is very organized and efficient. The specialists are friendly. They have the kids free ice cream or cookies after the appointment. Grade place to have you kids get their braces.

I switched from Invisalign to standard braces after 3-4 months. I was unhappy about how my teeth were now moving. I was biting my tongue again and really frustrated. When I went back to the office, Doc explained the progress we have had and showed what the next 8 months was going to look like. I was pretty upset at first and they calmed me down and had extreme patients with me. I really do appreciate their ability to explain and educate me on expectations.

Dr. D and his team are so knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and efficient. This place is a well-oiled machine! My kid looks forward to his orthodontist appointments. The game room, ice cream, and coffee bar are great, but the staff really makes it top notch. As a parent, it makes life easier and frankly, it's a pleasure even for me! Haven't used it yet, but they even provide a school shuttle.

Dr. D has a gift for remarkable smiles. After noticing the subtle differences between straight teeth and really perfect smiles... I learned his background before orthodontics was cosmetic dentistry. He has an eye for perfection and I couldn't be happier with the outcomes for my kids! He is so kind, his staff so friendly and welcoming and they were fantastic with helping create financing for us without ortho insurance. I hugged him when we left and told him I was sorry I didn't have more kids to see his transformations! I couldn't offer a higher recommendation for Team Orthodontics and specifically Dr. D.!!

What a fantastic experience!!! From the check in with fresh baked cookies, to the tour with personal sinks to brush before your appointment, to the kindness of the staff during the consultation, we were blown away! Both my boys went in with apprehension and left feeling like the sky wasn’t falling! Dr. D was kind and spoke to my children like adults instead of children who couldn’t possibly grasp the whats and whys of orthodontic care. I could not say more positive things about this practice, except maybe the ice cream at the end. ❤️

We went in for a consultation for my 7-year-old’s ortho treatment. The staff was very friendly and professional. They made my son feel welcome and part of the conversation. And I really appreciated Dr. Danyluk going over the treatment plan in easy to understand and thorough detail, so my son also understood the plan. I think it’s also important to point out that Dr. Danyluk is a Board Certified orthodontist. If you have a tricky case (such as an underbite, in our case) it makes a difference to go with a doc that has proven results and extensive knowledge. I’m so happy we found Team Ortho!

Although, scheduling can be difficult with our families busy schedule and in between the two locations in addition to our families drive to the office in Gilbert (closest location for us), Bridgette is extremely helpful in accommodating us to the best of her ability! All of the employees are always kind and extremely caring and needless to say, Dr. D permanently wears a smile and always greets patients and their families with the best energy! He is excellent at keeping the patient and their families informed with the treatment plan and the assistants explain each step that they are doing. I previously worked in the ortho field for several years and although I never worked with Dr D, I am super grateful that our family found his office!!!

Great Team here that helps my daughter with her orthodontic needs. Everyone is so professional, nice, on top of everything. From the time we step inside until we leave everything flows smoothly and it makes for a pleasant experience. So far the technical part has also been going very well. The follow-ups, the virtual appts. Everything is top notch. Highly recommend Dr D’s team to anyone. He is awesome and always positive. Loved that he called us before the initial appt to address any concerns. Kids love him!I should also commend them on the clean and beautiful facility, coffee, water and cookies and ice cream offered to patients and families. Love the location. So convenient. They even have a service to pick up your kids from school for an appt if there was a need.

Team Orthodontics are incredible, all our family have gone there, and the team are magnificent, can't recommend them enough. We recently had an incident where our car would not start and I called the office, Brittany immediately came and picked us and even though we were 30 minutes late when we arrived the team fitted us in. They were very understanding, and Dr. ken took time out of his day to get us water. The skill and competence of the team is a given, but the care is what differentiates this practice.

I was referred by a friend a year and a half ago. My son got braces, I got braces and now my daughter is getting braces. This practice is very punctual, positive, and caring. Dr. D knows his craft and his team does too. Cindy makes it easy to understand what your getting and payment options. The group at Team Orthodontics has been phenomenal! I personally did the aligner treatment, my husband went with the white braces, our two teenagers completed regular braces, our third child just got his on, and our last two children are currently being monitored by Dr D for inevitable braces in the future! Every single experience has been nothing but professional and even fun. Our kids all LOVE going there because the staff all treats them like friends. Everyone gets a sweet treat like ice cream, cookie, or popsicle when they leave and there is a game room for the kids to wait in before the appointment. We’ve watched Dr D’s interactions and he is amazing with all ages. His treatment recommendations are always honest and ethical. We were more than willing to put braces on our youngest daughter but he told us we needed to wait. Since then he’s done free 6 month evaluations to determine when it’s perfect timing for her teeth. We fully trust Team Orthodontics.

I had bracket become loose or break, I had plans to go out of tow for the weekend. I tried calling Team Orthodontics at 6am but they dont open til 8am. I found a text message on my phone, so I replied to it. To my surprise I go a response from it about 30 minutes later. I text Team Orthodontics my situation and they said come in at 8am and we will fit you in! I was out by 8:30 am with my braces fixed for the weekend!!! Thanks Team Orthodontics!

My name is Stacy C. I was referred to this location by my general dentist. When I looked at the reviews, I wasted no time to make an appointment. My very first interaction was scheduling an appointment and one night like on a Saturday evening the Ortho Dr. Called. Not his assistant but him. He called to answer any questions in advance. I was floored lol.At my appointment I met Cindi Flecther the treatment coordinator! She was equally amazing! Very kind, patient with my questions, personable, thorough, knowledgeable and good at what she does!! I felt like buying the entire practice by the time we got done talking and going over my treatment plan 😂. Over all my experience has been very good. There has been a couple things here and there but nowhere near worth mentioning because all involved jumped in to solution mode to make things right! I don't remember everyone's name but I think one is Maddy. She is very nice and helpful as well..She was able to let Cindi know what I needed and was aiming to make sure it got done! Dr. D has a GREAT team on his hands.I want to personally thank Cindi again for going above and beyond to keep the great customer satisfaction going and making sure I was taken care of. I never give 5 star reviews, but Dr. D' s Team has earned it! Noone is perfect but they are close in my book. That is based on total experience. And the correction to my bite can already been seen. I am happy to be a patient here. Be sure to ask for Cindi when you're ready to set up a good plan to get your ortho treatment taken care of.

Dr Danyluk and his staff have created an amazing orthodontic institution in Ahwatukee that my family and friends have known for the 20+ years we've lived in Phoenix. Team O has been absolutely amazing. My daughter has been in the hospital and as soon as they found out they sent her flowers to our home. She isn’t even one of their patients. We are completely blown away by Team O. Everyone is so sweet and caring. Dr D has been amazing! He checks up on his patients and has been working with my general Dentist to ensure everything goes smoothly. They are very personable and they make sure we are happy with our treatment every step of the way. Im so glad we found them for our family’s ortho needs.

I recently got my braces removed, and I am incredibly happy with the results and the along the way, care I received from the people at Team Orthodontics, in both the Gilbert and Ahwatukee locations. Doctor D and his entire staff are the friendliest (so upbeat) and are the most skilled at what they do, using equipment that is the latest technology.The process was such a positive experience and the difference between what my teeth were like in the beginning and now, is amazing. If you need orthodontics care, for yourself or for your children, there is no need to look any farther. I came to Team Orthodontics via a recommendation from a dentist to help me stop having severe jaw pain. I‘ve suffered from TMJ for over 30 years. Dr. Ken Danyluk was able to put together an amazingly plan using his extensive knowledge to move my jaw back into place and also straightened my teeth without surgery. Both the doctor and his assistant Harleigh have completely taken away my pain and have improved my quality of life.

Team Ortho and Dr. D. Are amazing! They all are knowledgeable and Dr. D. Stops by to check the progress each time we are there. I can’t say enough good things about him. His team is so pleasant and positive to work with. I highly recommend this place, one in Ahwatukee and another office in Gilbert, to anyone needing their services. We shopped around before choosing team orthodontics. My daughter felt welcomed and comfortable from day one. She is now on her final few months of Invisalign. Something wasn’t aligning right her last visit so they rescanned and ordered new aligners.Update: Just got my daughter’s temporary retainer. So happy with the final results!

I’ve been going here for just about a year for my clear aligner treatment. They are so pleasant to work with. They recently made my year my repairing my chipped front tooth for me before I finish out my teeth straightening journey. Extremely pleased by todays visit. The facility is beautiful and welcoming. They have a water, coffee and snack area. A welcome sign with the new patient’s names as soon as you arrive. Dr Danyluk called me on the phone the day prior to the appointment to welcome my daughter and I and ask if we had any questions. I don’t think I’ve ever had the actual doctor call me from any facility just to say hi. That impressed me immediately. They made the entire process of getting my daughter’s braces very easy and made sure we understood everything and we were all on the same page. They took pictures of her before we had our one on one with the doctor so there was time for him to evaluate her teeth and explain his observations. Their treatment coordinator went over the financial options and helped us pick what worked best for us. After everything was done, they offered us ice cream on the way out, which I think was very cute. I adore this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Dr. D and his staff always showed the utmost care, concern and professionalism each and every time I came to the office for the entire 14 months. This included both the Phoenix and Gilbert offices. As a senior citizen, I was really nervous about getting braces and actually put it off for a couple months after my initial appointment. Dr. D made sure to answer completely any and all questions I had regarding Braces. I never felt pressured into getting braces. They simply allowed me to take all the time I needed to process the information I was provided. The office exemplifies what Customer Service should look like.I would highly recommend this office for anyone considering orthodontic care!
